Hotel Crowne Plaza in Belgrade is completed

After a complete renovation, the former Belgrade hotel “InterContinental” started working under the name “Crowne Plaza Belgrade” on December 30, 2013, as the first hotel of this world-famous chain in Serbia and the region.

The hotel has 33,000 m2 and offers guests 416 rooms, 12 meeting rooms, two restaurants, lobby bars, a pastry shop, a fitness and spa center, and the largest hotel pool in Serbia. The value of the investment is 40,000,000 euros.

The investor is the “Delta Real Estate Group”, and “Interfast” is the contractor of complete electrical works of strong and weak electricity in this prestigious hotel facility.
